4-Steps To Better, Healthy Skin

Step-2 Tone

Second, tone the skin. The most important reason you should tone after cleansing is to prepare the skin for precise absorption of skin conditioners. The toning process dissolves dead skin cells remaining after cleansing. It also clears residue contaminants and helps to better control oil production through the astringent effect.

Step-3 Skin Rejuvenation

Third, cell rejuvenation. The process of cellular rejuvenation is key to achieving better, healthy skin. This cell renewal time is shortened from 28 days to between 10 and 15 days.

The cell layers on the surface of the epidermis are reduced from 14 layers of impacted cells to 7 or 8 loosely woven layers, giving skin a rosy hue and healthy glow. As a result of this rapid exfoliation, the skin begins to function once again like adolescent skin. Blemishes, fine lines, blotchy skin, leathery skin texture, dryness, roughness, and wrinkles are improved giving the skin a more youthful appearance.

Step-4 Protect and Moisturize

Fourth, protect and moisturize the skin. By doing all the previous steps, your skin is especially susceptible to the harmful rays of the sun and environmental pollutants. So be sure to moisturize and shield it. The protection step is vital in completing the cycle of skin rejuvenation reducing further photo damage.
