FAQ About My Order

How long until I receive my order?

3-7 business days depending on your region. International orders; 7-15 business days. If you placed your order Monday through Friday before 1pm (PST), your order will be shipped the same day. After 1pm your order will be shipped the next business day. We use USPS Priority Mail®.

Will I be able to track my order?

YES. Once your order has been shipped by our shipping department, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with the tracking number.

Will my personal information be secure?

What if my package does not arrive?

If you do not receive your order in 7 to 10 days; check your email to see if you have received and email notification. This will contain your tracking number and a location to track your order. If you have not received an email notification please call Customer Support ASAP. If you have received a notification and you have tracked your order but do not have your package please call Customer Support at 1-866-600-8989 M-F 9am to 5pm (pst) or email us at info@skinpatico.com.

Can I choose a different shipping method?

Not at this time. If you wish to have your order 2nd Day, Express or Next Day please email your request or call 1-866-600-8989. A separate charge will appear. Fees are based on weight, service and destination.

Can I have orders shipped to a PO Box? Or APO?

YES! PO Boxes and APO’s are acceptable.

What if my package arrives but is damaged or incorrect?

Contact Us Immediately. The best way to do this is, locate your Order Confirmation email. Use the "Reply" feature in your email and let us know what the issue is. This way we have all the information that is needed to fix the issue. Or you can use our Contact Us Form or call 1-866-600-8989 and we will fix the problem. Our customers NEVER pay for return shipping if damaged or incorrect.
